Perinatal Mental Health

  • This is a momentous transition. It can stir up a full-range of emotions, joy and challenge, or stress and uncertainty.  Therapy can be so helpful in connecting you to your values in this identity shift, and understanding what this transformation means to you.

  • This is a momentous transition for all birthing and non-birthing people.  This space is open to all identities.  Therapy can help you connect to your values in this identity shift and understand what this transition means to you.

  • It is not uncommon for parents to develop depression and anxiety in pregnancy and postpartum. With support, you will heal. We will hold space for your experience, create insight and understanding, and discuss tools to offer you relief.

  • It can be so helpful to have a space to discuss your thoughts and emotions, impending decisions, and the loss and grief that surface when trying to conceive or going through fertility treatment.

  • I am here to help you through the immense grief associated with early and late miscarriage and stillbirth. We will process at a pace that is right for you, and hold acceptance as you move through spaces of grief, hope for the future and all the emotions that will exist.

  • When trauma is experienced during birth, you deserve a space to make sense of what happened, reprocess and experience relief, and reconnect to your transformation into parenthood.

  • Our growing up experiences always surface and influence our parenting journeys.  Becoming familiar with those influences and their effect on us brings us closer to our values and parenting with awareness.

Change is possible.
